  • Recommended Colleges in Saskatchewan for ECE Study and Immigration – Attention Filipino Applicants

Hello! This is GS Consulting, the one & only consulting service! ❣️

Recently, we’ve been receiving many inquiries about relocating to Saskatchewan due to the increasing difficulty of finding employment and immigrating to major cities in Canada, especially for ECE (Early Childhood Education) professionals as well.

Today, we’d like to introduce one immigration way for those who graduate colleges from ECE programs in Saskatchewan and wish to pursue provincial immigration in Saskatchewan.

First, let’s take a look at the colleges in Saskatchewan offering ECE programs that will be accepting winter 2025 admissions:

  1. Great Plains College – Warman Campus

Great Plains College’s Warman Campus currently offers only a Diploma program (a 2-year program) for winter 2025 intake.

Note: Warman is a city located about a 15-minute drive north of Saskatoon.

  • North West College – Battlefords Campus

North West College’s Battlefords Campus currently offers only a Certificate program (a 1-year program) for winter 2025 intake.

Note: Battlefords is a city located in the northwest region of Saskatoon.

✅Entrance Requirements

-Secondary Diploma equivalent to a Saskatchewan Grade 12 – minimum 60% average, with no marks less than 50%

-Minimum English Language Requirement: International English Language Testing System (IELTS) overall minimum band score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.0 in each component.

Calling all Filipino students!

If you’ve graduated from a post-secondary institution where English is the medium of instruction, You can skip the English proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo.

Simply present your Certificate of English as a Medium of Instruction upon admission and wave goodbye to high English score requirements!

Due to the high demand for ECE programs, admissions are available starting from winter 2025. Completing an ECE program in Saskatchewan, gaining at least 780 hours of work experience before graduation, and then applying for SINP after the graduation could be the fastest and most reliable immigration method currently available.
