After hearing countless bad reputations about the Immigration Consulting Service, I didn’t have any expectations. I was simply content with finding a place to safely submit my documents. And then… I got in touch with Gs.
From the very beginning, I sensed that GS was somewhat different and refreshingly unique compared to other Immigration Consulting Companies. Instead of adopting a purely business-like approach, they prioritized the importance of customer documents over everything else. They demonstrated swiftness and meticulousness in handling documents, investing considerable effort and attention to detail. Consequently, it’s no surprise that no document mistakes occurred here, and their handling of tasks surpassed mere thoroughness.
As someone new to immigration processes, they patiently explained everything to me in detail, from start to finish, with precision and thoroughness. Same-day responses were the norm, and they even addressed matters unrelated to the documents I handled personally. Though it might have been somewhat bothersome for them to deal with common questions from beginners and inquiries unrelated to document work, they seemed to completely understand and empathize with customers, remembering every conversation and striving to ensure their comfort and ease during the document processing and waiting periods.
I couldn’t keep such a remarkable place like ‘GS Consulting’ only to myself. I recommended it to my boyfriend, acquaintances in Canada, as well as friends and acquaintances from my boyfriend’s school. I even spread the word within the community while gathering information.
