The latest Temporary Foreign Workforce Solutions Roadmap on October 26th announced a reduction in the validity period of the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) notice from the previous maximum of 18 months to a maximum of 12 months.
However, for these 3 cases, the LMIA’s validity period is 18 months.
